ORDERING & SHIPPING

Everyone is welcome. We look forward to assissting you in placing your order...whether by phone, fax, e-mail or mail.  Place your phone order with Master Card or VISA, or use your debit card.  If you prefer to order by mail, call for order confirmation and then drop a cashier check or money order in the mail.

Please remember that you are dealing directly with the factory!  All the orders for Covers are custom manufactured!  Credit Card orders are processed as the shop is ready for new production.  Pre-paid orders are deposited upon arrival and included in the next group of orders headed for production.

Shipping Information 

Hard covers are shipped via FedEx Freight to the nearest freight terminal or a true commercial address.  This fee is included in the cost of the cover.  Delivery to a residential address will incur an additional $75 fee.  Allow 5-7 days for delivery after production confirmation.

Delivery

Normal Delivery is 2-3 weeks or less.  Some custom units and certain times of the year may extend delivery slightly.  A representative can provide the current estimated delivery based on production.

Warranty

Product's Manufactured by G&T Truck Products carry a one year parts warranty against defects in material with proper use and installation.  Please read all installation instructions carefully.  Tech Support is available for any questions reguarding installation.  Replacement parts are available.

Returns and Exchanges

Thanks to our well-informed buyers, we receive a minimal amount of returns.  When necessary, please follow these simple steps.

  • Call a representative at 972-782-8021 to receive a return authorization number or BOL
  • Properly package and label your return against loss or damage
  • Clearly indicate your return authorization number or BOL number on the package
  • Ship via Fedex Freight, USPS, or UPS (indicated by your representative)

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment.  All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.   Custom orders may not be returnable.  Credit will be issued within 30 days from receipt of return.

All Shipments are FOB Farmersville, TX.  Freight charges are non-refundable.  Any shipping charges incurred on returned items will be deducted from final refund. 

Damaged Items

G&T Truck Products enjoys a long standing relations with preferred shippers.  Only a small percentage of shipments are damaged.  It is most important to inspect your order at the time of delivery.  If proper procedures are followed immediately, replacement or repair can be done quickly for all parties.  

Follow these steps to insure a timely replacement when necessary, BEFORE SIGNING your Bill Of Lading (delivery receipt):

  • Call us!
  • Determine whether the product can be fixed during normal prep and installation, or with replacement parts
  • If so, accept the freight, but BE SURE TO NOTE THE DAMAGE ON ALL COPIES OF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.  Be prepared to file a claim to cover the cost of repair or replacement parts.
  • If not, refuse the freight at the time of delivery.  Call us immediately to initiate a replacement.
